Return Policy
New merchandise is generally under warranty by the manufacturer or importer. Terms and conditions vary, so read the warranty materials enclosed in the packaging. Any defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer or importer. 

We cannot repair or replace defective merchandise, exchange it, or give you a refund. Previously owned merchandise is sold “as is” and may not be under warranty. No exchanges are allowed for merchandise you have purchased from us without prior authorization. All sales are final. 

Right to Purchase
Prior to purchasing any products from Tactical ManCave or its affiliates, you must check all BATF and individual state laws to ensure the desired product is legal in your state.  Tactical ManCave and its affiliates are not responsible for cancelled orders because of violation of BATF and individual state laws. For further questions regarding product acceptability in your state, please contact your local law enforcement agency or the BATF.

Warranty
All products that are sold by Tactical ManCave are under the products manufacturer’s warranty. Tactical ManCave or its affiliates are not a warranty or a repair station. Any repairs or product replacement due to manufacturer’s defect is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers can contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or repair work.  If you request that your firearm purchase come from Davidson's INC. You will receive their additional firearm warranty in addition to the manufactures warranty.  See their website www.galleryofguns.com for warranty registration and information.

Q: Do you do transfers of firearms?
A: Yes, the charge for a typical firearms transfer is $25 per firearm.  Please make contact with us before you place an order. We also do private party transfers to get the firearm placed in your name.

 

Q: Is there a waiting period for purchasing a handgun in NC?
A: A pistol purchase permit is required at the time of purchase. Some counties issue permits as you request them, others may make you come back after several days for the permit. If a permit is in hand at the time the transaction takes place there is no additional wait.

 

Q: Where do I get a purchase permit for a handgun in NC?
A: Permits are issued by the Sheriff's Department of the County you reside in.

Q: Do I need a permit to purchase a rifle or shotgun?
A: No. Rifles and Shotguns can be purchased with a valid state issued ID after a background check is performed or a valid concealed carry permit is shown.

 

Q: I have just moved to NC from another State.  Do I have to register my guns with the Sheriff or the NC State Government?
A: There is no NC state law that requires you to register your firearms, or notify any public official.  

Q: I have just moved to NC from another State, and I brought my gun(s) with me.  Do I need to get an ownership permit?
A: No permit or other legal document is necessary to legally possess a rifle, shotgun or handgun in North Carolina as long as the firearm is not capable of fully automatic fire.

Q: I want to buy a handgun from a friend.  Do I need to get any sort of permit to buy it?
A: Yes.  All handgun transfers in North Carolina, whether through a dealer or via private sale, or presented as a gift, require the intended recipient of the handgun to obtain a Pistol Purchase Permit from his/her local Sheriff.  You must go to your Sheriff, apply for a Pistol Purchase Permit (one per handgun you wish to purchase), and pay a $5 fee.  If a Pistol Purchase Permit is not presented, both the buyer and the seller can be convicted of a Class I Misdemeanor.
